Performance appraisals due — As you may recall from the February Human Resources & Payroll newsletter, the performance appraisal process for this year was modified slightly. Supervisors are required to review current goals and accomplishments as well as set new goals for the upcoming year and provide general employee performance feedback. The general campus feedback form and the direct report form are not required, but supervisors can certainly request those as needed (click here or email Tracy Keller). All NEW employees who started after Jan. 1, 2016, will not be included in this year’s appraisals. This is a reminder that performance appraisals for the period June 1, 2015, through May 31, 2016, are to be completed no later than June 30, 2016. Please have the completed, signed performance appraisals turned in to Human Resources no later than Friday, July 1.
Farewell reception — Enrollment Management is hosting a farewell reception for Kendra Oswald ’08, enrollment management administrative assistant, on Tuesday, June 28, from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Enrollment Management Office. Oswald has accepted a position as the office lead/senior administrative assistant with RSM in Dubuque. Her husband, Jacob Oswald ’10, will be the assistant men’s basketball coach at Loras College. Everyone is welcome to attend.
