Drop-in support and consultation
|
In response to the increase in stress and anxiety surrounding current public health issues, Counseling Services is offering Drop-in Support and Consultation. This is an informal drop-in service offered by Counseling Services, to provide support to Wartburg students. Although Drop-in counselors are licensed mental health professionals, Drop-in is not a substitute for formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment. Drop-in counselors provide informal consultations to help students with specific problems and to introduce them to what it’s like to speak with a counselor. Your Drop-in counselor can help you determine whether formal counseling with Counseling Services would be useful to you and, if appropriate, assist you in scheduling an appointment. Drop-in sessions are offered in Counseling Services, third floor of Vogel Library, inside the Pathways Center.
