Mail Center update: postage increase
|
The U.S. Postal Service has enacted its annual rate increases as of Sunday, Jan. 26.
• |
There is no change to regular first-class letter and postcard stamp rates this year. |
• |
Large envelope base rate remains at $1.00, with additional ounces costing $0.20 per ounce, an increase of 5 cents. |
• |
International first-class mail rates increase 5 cents to $1.20. Any current international stamps may still be used without adding postage. |
• |
Package rates will increase 3-4%; package rates for both first class and priority depend on weight and travel distance to destination. |
