10-Minute Mindfulness Meditation is offered at 10:30 a.m. every day of Finals Week in the Interfaith Prayer Room, on the lower level of the Chapel. Need to rest or recharge during Finals Week? Join Rebecca Baird, pastoral intern, for a short, guided meditation daily. All are welcome!

Noah Clinic closed over break

Noah Clinic will be closed beginning 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and will remain closed until Monday, Jan. 6, at 8:30 a.m. Please stop by to pick up anything you may need over Christmas Break.

St. Elizabeth's Bread Basket, the on-campus food pantry, will be open over Christmas Break to provide free groceries to any student who needs them. SEBB is located in the Student Life office in Saemann Student Center and will be open the following hours:

National Society of Leadership and Success service trip

The National Society of Leadership and Success is leading its first-ever service trip during Winter Break! We would love for our members to come along with us, but we will accept non-members if we have open space. As of now, we are hoping to go to Oklahoma to work with Habitat for Humanity. Dining hours for Christmas Break

To see the Dining Services hours for Christmas Break, please click here. The last meal in Mensa before break will be the evening meal Thursday, Dec. 19. The first meal served in Mensa for Winter Term will be the evening meal on Sunday, Jan. 5.

Applications for 2020-2021 Orientation Leader and Resident Assistant positions are now live! Fill out an application to be considered for one or both of these leadership roles here. Incomplete grade information for students
|
Students, please remember to complete a Request for Incomplete Grade form if you have the consent of your instructor to postpone required course work due to extenuating circumstances. The form is not required for internships and Study Abroad course work. This form is available in the Forms section on My Wartburg or in the Registrar’s Office. Any incomplete grades without a completed Request for Incomplete Grade form will be changed to an “F” after 4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23. Contact the Registrar’s Office for further information regarding the incomplete grade policy.

Davis Projects for Peace deadline
|
The Davis Projects for Peace program provides an opportunity for undergraduates at the American colleges and universities in the Davis United World College Scholars Program to design grassroots projects that they will implement during the summer of 2020. The projects judged to be the most promising and feasible will be funded at $10,000 each to encourage and support ideas for building peace. Wartburg students wishing to submit a Davis Projects for Peace proposal must submit their application using this link by noon Jan. 13, 2020. Juice publishing schedule

The final Juice of the Fall Term will be sent out Monday, Dec. 16. The Juice will then take a break until Winter Term and return on Monday, Jan. 6. If you have an item that must run over the break, please contact Steph Boeding.
