The 2021-22 Academic Catalog is available online through the Wartburg website. The interactive online catalog is the official source for Wartburg academic programs and courses. The My Portfolio option listed in the index offers the opportunity for compilation of a personal catalog of academic information most often accessed, such as program requirements.

Students starting in Fall 2021 will be meeting the degree requirements in the 2021-22 catalog. Past catalogs can be accessed through the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the main screen of the catalog site.

Please RSVP to hr@wartburg.edu to indicate which day you plan to attend. Please bring your HealthPartners health insurance ID card so the claim can be filed.

Student employment job posting procedural change

Effective Oct. 1, all student employment job openings are required to be posted on Handshake, Wartburg College’s online job board, for a minimum of five days before being filled. (*Exceptions to this rule would require the respective Cabinet member’s approval and may include positions that need to be immediately filled for an event/program due to unexpected circumstances.) The Student Employment Office will be committed to posting job openings on behalf of departments within three business days of receipt of the job posting form and job description. All on-campus job postings are reviewed and posted by the SEO to ensure that discriminatory language is not used and there is consistency in the formatting/processing of the job postings. All students have 24-7 access to view and apply for current job postings on Handshake utilizing their Wartburg login credentials.

This procedural change will:

Uphold Wartburg College’s dedication to being an equal opportunity employer – allowing all eligible students to view and apply for on-campus job opportunities.
Support the College’s latest inclusion and equity initiatives.
Diminish barriers students have experienced in applying for on-campus jobs in select departments on-campus (i.e. positions filled via networking/internally within departments).
Allow on-campus employers to have a more extensive pool of qualified applicants.
Advantageously provide more students with the real-world experience of drafting their resume, completing an application, and participating in an interview in a nurturing environment.
