The Juice (Faculty/Staff) - Nov. 18
And thanks for sharing your news!
Share your news with campus and beyond
|
Thank you to everyone submitting their news items! We've been busy writing up press releases and posting on social media about your accomplishments, as well as including them in both editions of the Juice. Keep it up!
If you've published a book, written an article, attended a conference, or had other notable professional development or success, submit those items to the Juice. (You can always find the link at the bottom of each Juice too.)
If you have other items to share, such as students presenting at a conference, contact your account exec in Marketing & Communication or email markcomm@wartburg.edu. We're always looking for story ideas and positive news to share with the broader Wartburg community. If you have supporting photos or videos, please include them!

Nominate your peers for Ubuntu awards
|
President Neiduski will give out Spirit of Ubuntu Awards to members of the faculty and staff during each presidential forum. Please nominate fellow employees who you believe exemplify the spirit of ubuntu (I am because we are).
The next forum is at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, in the Saemann Student Center ballrooms. Alonzo Kelly, a professor, best-selling author, and expert on strategic thinking, will present “Creating a Culture Where Everyone Feels They Belong.”

The Juice is a weekly e-newsletter sent Mondays and other times as needed to communicate campus news and events. Most items will run twice, then continue to be available in the Information Center. See details about Juice and our campus email policies here.
|
|
The deadline for submissions each week is 4 p.m. Thursday. Please keep items short, no longer than one paragraph.
|
Direct questions to Alan Simmer in Marketing & Communication at ext. 8760 or via email. If you have an item that must run immediately, please contact Alan directly.
