The Juice (Faculty/Staff) - June 16
Please join us for professional development.
Professional development begins at 9 a.m. tomorrow
|
Even if you didn't RSVP, please attend the professional development session from 9 to 11:30 a.m. tomorrow in Knights Ballroom. A light breakfast will be served beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Before the session, President Colson will share some timely and exciting news about our shared commitment to strengthening community on campus. Dr. Shuaib Meacham, an associate professor at the University of Northern Iowa, will then present “Black Panther and Black Excellence,” which will challenge preconceptions that associate blackness with a deficit, and “Ubuntu, Interdependence in an Era of Pandemic and Preparation for Global Leadership,” which will include group discussions about college practices.

Nominate staff for seats on PAC
|
There is an open administrative seat and an open support staff seat on Wartburg’s Personnel Advisory Committee. The committee was established to facilitate communication and review and recommend policies and benefits for all support and administrative staff members. This committee meets monthly beginning at the start of each academic year in September.
If you believe you or any of your colleagues would be a good fit for PAC, please email HR@wartburg.edu with your nomination.
