New timeline for processing payments requests

The Business Office is changing the timeline for processing payments to vendors and faculty/staff. We will no longer use Wednesday at noon as the cutoff for payment requests to be received in the Business Office. Invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reimbursement requests received in the Business Office by 4 p.m. on Friday will be paid by the following Friday. This means payments will not be mailed out the same week that the requests are received. Payments will be made the following week, assuming the due date is within the next two weeks. To allow plenty of time for processing, please submit your payment requests as soon as they are ready so the Business Office has plenty of time to follow up on any items. If you have questions regarding this new timeline, please contact Renae Johnson at accountspayable@wartburg.edu or ext. 8433.

CDs are $15 and can be purchased by emailing sarah.bouska@wartburg.edu or in The Wartburg Store. The album will be available to stream on Spotify, iTunes and YouTube in January.
