Operations and Maintenance updates

Requests to O&M should be made through the online Work Order request system (unless it is a true emergency). This tool can be found on the Info Center under “Popular Links” and is labeled “Maintenance.” This system helps to track, prioritize and communicate with you the requestor on the status of your request.

Promoting student organizations

Table tents are available in the Mensa, Konditorei, and Den-Rittersaal for campus groups to use in promoting their organization or event. Organizations need to contact Chris Fosselman in Dining Services at 352-8303 prior to their event to reserve the table tent space. This is done on a first-come, first-served basis. The fliers must be the correct size (4 x 8 inches) or they will not be posted. A total of 110 one-sided fliers will be needed to fill table tents in the Mensa, Konditorei, and Den-Rittersaal. Table tents are put out on Mondays and Thursdays and will be posted Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday. Free-lying fliers will not be allowed and will be removed immediately.
