Health insurance plan update for 2021

Each year at this time, the college receives its health insurance renewal for the upcoming year, and we carefully work through the renewal to determine what changes, if any, should be made. This can be a challenging process as we work through plan design, rates, networks, and carriers. Our renewal with HealthPartners stands at a 10% increase in premiums for 2021. You can click here to learn what that means for your rates and learn more about why this increase was passed along to the college. Please watch for more information regarding open enrollment meetings and how to enroll through our online portal, Employee Navigator. If you have questions after looking through these additional documents, please contact Amy Wilson, benefits administrator, at 319-352-8278 or amy.wilson@wartburg.edu.
