IMPORTANT: Daily self-assessment for COVID-19
Beginning Wednesday, Aug. 19, all students must answer a short series of COVID-19 screening questions the first time they log in to the InfoCenter each day. Students who don’t regularly use the InfoCenter should still log in daily to complete the evaluation. This tool is not meant to take the place of consultation with a health care provider or to diagnose or treat conditions if you are feeling ill.

COVID-19 protocol for Business, Financial Aid and Student Employment offices
The main doors to the Business, Financial Aid, and Student Employment offices in Luther Hall will be locked during regular business hours, though guests are still welcome. Those needing to speak to someone can call 319-352-8411 or email businessoffice@wartburg.edu for the Business Office, 319-352-8262 or finaid@wartburg.edu for the Financial Aid Office, or 319-352-8350 or studentemployment@wartburg.edu for the Student Employment Office.
Walk-up customers will need to knock on the door for assistance. If three guests already are in the office, walk-up customers will need to wait in the hall until someone has left the office. As with all indoor spaces on campus, masks are required in the Business and Financial Aid offices.
A no-ID option is now available for pickup of packages at the service window. Present a package notification email at the Mail Center window on your mobile device and the bar code in the email will function as your student ID. Please note that you MUST have a form of ID to pick up a parking sticker.
