As the campus begins to transition to more remote work options, several campus services and offices are updating or canceling their office hours and encouraging people to call or email with questions and concerns. Student Life and Campus Safety and Security will remain open. Updated Dining Services hours were sent out Thursday morning.
Human Resources
Beginning Friday, March 20, all Human Resources staff will work remotely most of the time.

Noah Health Center
Effective Monday, March 23, the on-campus clinic will be closed to patients. Call 319-483-1390 if you think you have COVID-19 or may have or been exposed to COVID-19. If you are experiencing trouble breathing, go to the Emergency Room at Waverly Health Center.
Pathways Center
Beginning Friday, March 20, all Pathways Center staff will work remotely.

March 20, the Mail Center will be open 9 a.m-4 p.m. Beginning Monday, March 23, the Mail Center will be open 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. There will be changes for offices and departments in regards to mail pick up, bulk mailing, etc. Kory Figura will communicate this information as soon as possible.
Operations and Maintenance
Effective Friday, March 20, all doors to the Operations and Maintenance building will be locked. If you have questions or need access to the building, call 319-352-8318 or email maintenance@wartburg.edu. Maintenance requests can still me made through the online maintenance request link.
Admissions Office
Beginning Monday, March 23, all Admissions Office staff will be working remotely.

Academic Affairs

The library will be open March 20, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; closed March 21; open March 22, 4:30-9 p.m.; open March 23-25, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; open March 26-27, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.; closed March 28-29. Additional hours will be in upcoming campus communications.

Pastor Brian Beckstrom and Rebecca Baird, pastoral intern, can offer support virtually through email, Zoom, and the phone. The Chapel is closed for the time being.
Print Center
The Print Center will be open periodically in the coming days and weeks based on need. All staff can be reached via phone or email.
Alumni & Parent Relations and Annual Giving
Beginning March 20, most staff will be working remotely but available via phone, email, or Zoom.
Advancement & Development
The Advancement Office will maintain normal business hours for the time being, though the office may be dark at times. All staff are available via phone, email, or Zoom.
Marketing & Communications
Beginning March 23, the office will be staffed Tuesdays and Thursdays. All staff are available via phone, email, or Zoom.
The W
The Wartburg-Waverly Sports & Fitness Center is closed through March 31, 2020, and the doors will be locked beginning at 5 p.m. on March 20.
