Starting Tuesday, March 17, in an effort to reduce contact points and help with staffing, the Mail Center will shift to doing targeted deliveries on campus. Each day by 11 a.m. we will send an email from firstname.lastname@example.org
outlining which offices will be visited, based on package and mail loads for the day. Offices are welcome to pick up at the service window or request a ‘locker delivery’ of that department’s mail and packages. If your office has outgoing mail that would be difficult for one person to carry in a single trip, you can respond, or send a separate email, requesting pick-up. Pick-up requests must be submitted before 2:30 p.m. in order to allow time to process the mail before leaving for the Post Office. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
