Sunday worship — Worship Sunday, Feb. 1, 10:30 a.m., in Wartburg Chapel, will feature a message by Pastor Brian Beckstrom.
Weekday Chapel — Chapel is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:15-10:35 a.m. Brett Gregory ‘15 will speak Friday, Jan. 30.
Midweek Eucharist – Students gather for prayer, praise, fellowship, and sharing centered around Holy Communion Wednesdays, 9:30 p.m., in Wartburg Chapel.
Blanketed by love — One-hundred "Blankets of Love," made by students, faculty, and staff as a service project on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, now adorn Wartburg Chapel. The blankets will be given to residents at Lutheran Services in Iowa's Bremwood campus, Cedar Valley Hospice, and Cedar Valley Friends of the Family. A Blessing of the Blankets event will be Sunday, Feb. 15.
Bible study — Explore The Story of Jesus According to Matthew in a six-week Bible study sponsored by Spiritual Life & Campus Ministry. The Bible study will help answer questions about what Jesus was like, what he taught, who he claimed to be, and what it means for us. The group will meet Wednesdays, 8-9 p.m., and Thursdays, 11:30 a.m., in Whitehouse Business Center 215. No background knowledge is necessary to join the discussion.
