Here are events scheduled for the rest of the week: Monday, May 13 Noche de Loteria and Pupusas 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., McCoy Rooms Enjoy a night of fun games paired with delicious pupusas, a traditional Salvadoran dish. Tuesday, May 14 'Blue Giant' by Shinichi Ishizuke 6:30 p.m., Diers House This anime film is based on the jazz-focused manga series of the same name. Wednesday, May 15 Braai 3 to 6 p.m., Outside the Manors (rain site: Ubuntu Center Lounge) Experience a traditional South African-style barbecue. Thursday, May 16 Twin Thursday Find a friend and dress alike for the day — be sure to snap a photo and submit it to I-Club or stop by the photo booth near the Wartburg Store. Saturday, May 18 Culture Show 6:30 to 8 p.m., Neumann Auditorium Wartburg students from around the world perform and celebrate their diversity. Goodbye Party 9:30 p.m. to midnight, Diers House A chance to celebrate the memories made and the friendships formed throughout the year. Wednesday is deadline for Pig Roast tickets Seniors, stop by the Alumni & Parent Engagement Office to get your ticket for the Senior Pig Roast on Thursday, May 23. You can find the office by using the Luther Hall side door near the fountain. If you're not on campus, email alumni@wartburg.edu to reserve your spot. Ticket pickup ends Wednesday! Faculty/staff: You don't need a ticket, but please sign up by Wednesday for food count. CONDOLENCES Our thoughts are with Carolyn Hughes, controller, on the death of her father, Richard Madsen. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at St. John Lutheran Church, Denver, with services at 10:30. See the obituary.
