SPIRITUAL LIFE & CAMPUS MINISTRY
Weekday Chapel services — Chapel is each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:15-10:35 a.m. The service is an opportunity to gather with students, faculty, and staff to reflect on God and faith. Services are led by students, faculty, staff, the college pastors, and clergy from various area churches. Upcoming messages will be given by:
- Wednesday, Sept. 9 - Pastor Ramona Bouzard
- Friday, Sept. 11 - Nichole Lyons ’16
- Monday, Sept. 14 - Christine DeVries, associate professor of chemistry
Midweek Eucharist — Students can gather for prayer, praise, fellowship, and sharing centered around Holy Communion Wednesdays, 9 p.m., in Wartburg Chapel. You never know what to expect — drama, dance, evening prayer, camp songs, or request nights. "Euchie," which is led and planned by students, is a time for enthusiastic singing, quiet reflection, shared prayer, and personal faith renewal. Jess Pedersen ’17 will give the Sept. 9 testimony.
Festival Worship — Pastor Brian Beckstrom will give the message Sunday, Sept. 13, 10:30 a.m., in the Wartburg Chapel. The Wartburg Choir will provide music.

Bible study — Building a Passionate Faith in College, a five-week Bible study, will help new and returning students grow in their Christian faith. Each week we’ll explore passionate faith through student speakers, scripture, and conversation. Join us Wednesdays, beginning Sept. 16, 7:30-8:30 p.m., in the Chapel Commons (basement). Students from all faith backgrounds and experience are welcome. For more information contact Pastor Brian at brian.beckstrom@wartburg.edu or just show up.
Volunteer opportunities — There are many ways to share your gifts and grow in faith while at Wartburg. You can learn about these opportunities and sign up to receive more information through our interest form.
