Stop by the Vogel Library during Finals Week for Kreativwerkstatt, or K-statt: a study break to craft, color, do puzzles, sew, and more. Follow the signs, check in at the circulation desk, and then follow the arrows to get creative.

Sanctuary is a casual service that takes place Wednesday nights. All are welcome to relax and center themselves around God’s word in the midst of their busy weeks. During May Term, service begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel Commons (basement), with snacks served beforehand at 7.

House candidate Mathis to speak
|
State Senator Liz Mathis will speak to the American Association of University Women at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 21. “Women in Politics” will be a virtual event available to faculty, staff, and students. Mathis, who is a Wartburg regent and is running for the U.S. House, will talk about her journey in politics. Please email Kim Folkers at kimberly.folkers@wartburg.edu for the link to attend. A casual social time will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Library items, laptops due Friday, April 22
|
All library items checked out for this semester, including long-term laptops, are due Friday, April 22, the last day of finals. Be sure to return all books, journals, and scores during finals week to avoid overdue fees. These items can be checked out again for May Term beginning April 25. Check the due dates of interlibrary loan materials, as many are due in April.
Please return laptops during normal library hours; other materials can be returned 24 hours a day, seven days a week using the book drop in the southern ground-floor entrance (closest to the Science Center). Please email meredith.borchardt@wartburg.edu with questions.
