Changes in how to print on campus
Due to recent concerns on campus, and for security purposes, the ability to type in your Wartburg ID number to print a print job has been revoked. The recommended way to print is to simply swipe your Wartburg ID into the card swipe on the printer. You may also type in your Wartburg login (ex: firstname.lastname) followed by your password into the login screen on the printer. Please direct questions or concerns to Techline@wartburg.edu or call (319) 352-8767.

Print Center experiencing supply chain issues
Product supply chain shortages are impacting the availability of certain papers and envelopes for the Wartburg Print Center. Our staff is pursuing other vendor options when possible, but that can take extra time. To ensure availability of product, please plan ahead as much as possible for any printing projects. March and April are heavy printing months due to the number of programs at the end of the term. We appreciate your patience and partnership as we navigate these challenging times. Questions may be directed to lori.poehler@wartburg.edu.
Stationery order process changing
The Print Center is in the process of changing vendors for business cards and some stationery items. Printorders.com will no longer work. Until a new vendor is in place, please use PrintShop Pro under the “business cards” category as you’d order any other printing project. Put your changes in the notes section and make sure you fill in the quantity (250, 500, or 1,000) in the “No. of Sets” section. Questions may be directed to lori.poehler@wartburg.edu.
