Are you fully vaccinated?

If so, please send in a photo of your completed vaccination card to covidresponse@wartburg.edu. This will help the college get an updated count of how many on campus are vaccinated and help to plan mitigation efforts for the summer and for the 2021-22 academic year.

Vaccine clinic on campus this Friday

The college has secured additional doses of the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) single-dose vaccine (approved for those 18 and older) for members of the Wartburg community on Friday, May 7, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The vaccines will be administered by HyVee in Levick Arena. HyVee recommends that students who live outside Iowa use their Wartburg address (100 Wartburg Blvd., Waverly, IA, 50677) as their address. An insurance card is NOT required to obtain the vaccine. All individuals must wait at least 15 minutes in the arena after receiving the vaccine, so please plan accordingly. This clinic is meant for Wartburg students, faculty, and staff. Please do not share this link with others.

Click here to secure your appointment for the one-dose Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

If you received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on April 16, please check your inbox for an email from covidresponse@wartburg.edu for your link to schedule an appointment for the second dose of that vaccine. If you did not receive that email but believe you should have, please email covidresponse@wartburg.edu.

Student tuition account charges due May 7

As the academic/fiscal year winds down, the Business Office would like to make sure all student tuition accounts are up to date. We are reminding all departments that any charges that need to be reflected on a Student Tuition Account must be received by the Business Office no later than Friday, May 7. It is important to get any outstanding charges reflected as soon as possible, especially for graduates, as diplomas and transcripts will not be released until the student account is paid in full. We do realize there are some charges that will come in after the above due date, due to the nature of the charge, such as parking fees/fines, bookstore rentals, and dorm checkout charges. Please click here to access the form to submit charges. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Office at 352-8411.
