Noah Campus Health Clinic has confirmed three cases of H1N1 on the Wartburg campus.
The clinic reported Friday that 40 students exhibited flu symptons with many of these cases being positive for Influenza A.
A small number of Wartburg staff also have the flu.
Noah Clinic stresses that if studetns have H1n1 they should return home for the recover period to prevent the spreading of this disease, and if they can't, they should self-isolate themselves in their dorm room.
If self-isolation is your choice, a member of Wartburg Residential Life will stop by your room and deliver a flu kit.
If a student should go home with the flu, they are responsible for contacting their professors about making up missed assignments.
The Center for Disease Control recommends studetns who have H1N1 be isolated for 24 hours past their fever being gone without the use of medicine.
