I went out last night…naturally. I got home at 5:30am…naturally. It was a lot of fun. We met at the Torre de Oro like usual and then after a little botellon action we headed to Catedral. We didn’t get there until pretty late…like almost 2am because we were trying to find Rachel’s friends who got lost in Sevilla. So when we got to the disco they tried charging all of us to get in. We went last weekend so I knew it definitely wasn’t worth 10 Euro so we didn’t got in. Then this guy saw us step out of line and he asked us why we didn’t go in, once we told him he explained that he remembered us from last weekend (he works there) and then he told us that the bouncers will try and charge people later in the night to get them to go away because the place is too crowded. So he worked a lil magic and in a few minutes we were in free. It was super nice of him. Later on in the night he came by and took all our names for a bash they are having on Wednesday so we could get on the list and he gave us his number if we ever plan on coming, we just let him know and we won’t have problems again…then he bought us a shot. What a nice guy! I stayed until about 5 or so and then cabbed it home.

So today I didn’t get up until lunchtime and was pretty much worthless until I finally forced myself to walk to the centro to investigate the places for my family. One of them is called Bed and Breakfast Naranjo and was really reasonable and in a great location. The other is Apartamentos de Murillo. I didn’t get a chance to see a room because they were all occupied but it was pretty nice and located in Barrio Santa Cruz (I have no idea how I found it with out getting lost).  In between finding the places, I may have done a little shopping…again, I don’t want to talk about it.

By the time I was on my way home, it was getting dark so I figured I’d go buy something to drink for tonight. I found a supermarket closer than the one I normally go to, bought the usual 2,50 Euro bottle of champagne, a Coke, some gummies and a bottle of Febreeze. Once I got home, it was dinnertime so I ate and then talked to my sister for a bit and before I knew it, I was heading out the door for a night out.

I met the group at the Torre…nothing new. It was actually a bit chilly tonight so once we all got there we took off for Calle Betis. We got turned down at Boss, mostly due to the fact that we were with boys with bad shoes so we walked to Catedral…again…and didn’t stay too long. The music sucked and we were all ready to go the moment we got there. Erica and I walked most of the way home and then once we got close, we grabbed a cab so it was a lot cheaper tonight, thank God. I’m so sick of spending money on cabs.

It was pretty late when we got in and I have every intention of doing the market tomorrow, but I don’t know if it’ll happen. Til then…paz afuera.
