Celebrate Culture Week

Nearly 60 countries will be represented during Wartburg College’s annual Culture Week, March 19-24. The theme for the week is #WeAreWartburg. Join Wartburg's International Club for the following events:

  • International Cooking Workshop, 6:30-8 p.m. Monday, March 20: New this year, students will be invited to the faculty-in-residence apartment in Clinton Hall to learn how to prepare international dishes with Ashley McHose, information literacy and user experience librarian at Vogel Library. Green tip of the week
Skip the bottled water! Try these tips instead:
  • Use a water filter to purify tap water instead of buying bottled water. Not only is bottled water expensive, but it generates large amounts of container waste.
  • Bring a reusable water bottle, preferably aluminum rather than plastic, with you when traveling or at work.
  • When you do purchase bottled water, be sure to recycle the bottles when you are done.
