Realignment in the Business and HR-Payroll Offices
Driven by the revenue-enhancement and expense-saving process, the Business and HR-Payroll Offices are undergoing a realignment to streamline processes, increase revenues and decrease expenses that will provide approximately $110,000 in annual “net” savings. As part of that realignment, there will be a search for an Asset & Internal Control Manager position in the Business Office and a Human Resources & Payroll Assistant position in the HR-Payroll Office. This realignment impacts other positions within these two offices as well, all of which will allow more time to be focused on increasing revenues and decreasing expenses, such as:
  • reducing bad debt expense
  • utilizing more purchasing consortium arrangements, thus decreasing expenses
  • adding more resources to rental property management, thus increasing revenues and decreasing expenses

Additional information will be shared in the upcoming months as various job duties change in these offices.

Giant heart Valentine cookies
Order a giant heart cookie for your sweetheart through GET online ordering (order through the CATERING TAKE OUT store) now through Tuesday, Feb. 14.
