Purpose: To recognize a junior or senior student who has made significant contributions to the Wartburg community in the co-curricular arena.
Who may qualify: Any currently enrolled junior or senior at Wartburg College with a minimum grade point average of 2.75.
Who may nominate: Any faculty or staff member of Wartburg College.
Criteria: (Must include some combinations of the following):
• Leadership of a campus organization and/or campus/community service project
• Involving others in taking responsibility for making the community a better place
• Providing leadership for campus discourse
• Providing leadership in student projects that integrate the curricular and the co-curricular
• Providing campus leadership for cross-cultural and/or multicultural programs
• Serving as a role model of/for students in the personal expression of the college mission
• Integrating faith and learning for lives of leadership and service.
• Service on college or student organization committee
• Providing leadership in student projects that integrate the curricular and co-curricular
• Good character
• Good academic standing
