Purpose: To honor a college-recognized group, which has used successful leadership techniques to advance its organization.

Who may qualify:  Any college recognized student organization or group, recognition will be confirmed with the Office of Campus Programming

Who may nominate:  Wartburg faculty, staff or students. You may nominate your own organization.

Criteria:
• Hosts an annual event
• Displays leadership development
• Promotes group activities or service projects
• Demonstrates improvement or re-establishment
• Enhances multiculturalism
• Meets group goals
• Are in good financial standing, will be confirmed with the Office of Campus Programming
