Outstanding Organization Advisor Award
Purpose: To honor a Wartburg faculty or staff that serves as an advisor to a recognized Wartburg student organization.

Who may qualify: Any Wartburg College faculty/staff  member that is an advisor for a recognized organization on campus, this will be verified based on who is on record with the Office of Campus Programming.

Who may nominate: Any member of a Wartburg College recognized organization.

Criteria:
• The individual should be an active participant in the organization
• Be available to students and committed to the organization
• Serve as a valuable resource to the organization as an official representative for the college
• Should encourage and facilitate the development of student leaders and organization members to perform to their fullest    
        potential
• Provide significant service to the campus through outstanding achievements
• The individual should provide extraordinary service that is above and beyond their normal position duties
