Outstanding Organization Advisor Award
Purpose: To honor a Wartburg faculty or staff that serves as an advisor to a recognized Wartburg student organization.

Who may qualify: Any Wartburg College faculty/staff  member that is an advisor for a recognized organization on campus, this will be verified based on who is on record with the Office of Campus Programming.

Who may nominate: Any member of a Wartburg College recognized organization.

Criteria:
The individual should be an active participant in the organization
Be available to students and committed to the organization
Serve as a valuable resource to the organization as an official representative for the college
Should encourage and facilitate the development of student leaders and organization members to perform to their fullest    
        potential
Provide significant service to the campus through outstanding achievements
The individual should provide extraordinary service that is above and beyond their normal position duties
