U.S. Student Employee Resources

To be eligible for student employment at Wartburg College, U.S. students must:
1. Have a status of a full-time student at Wartburg College and currently be enrolled (registered and paid) for a minimum of 3 credit hours per term (excluding May Term and the summer)
2. Show satisfactory academic progress toward the completion of a degree. (See Wartburg College Academic Catalog.)
3. Complete the required forms listed below in the "Required Forms" section.

In order for the I-9 form to be completed, you must present one of the following sets of IDs to the Student Employment Office personnel:
Option 1: Valid Driver’s License or State ID AND Original Social Security Card or Original Government-Issued Birth Certificate.
Option 2: Valid Passport
Option 3: Review the instructions of the I-9 Form for additional acceptable IDs.

We CANNOT accept copies of these IDs; we must see the originals in person.

Students will not be authorized to work on-campus until all qualifications have been met and all required forms have been completed.
